Cancellation Policy
How to cancel
Cancellation must be requested in writing through email or WhatsApp. The effective cancellation date is the date VIP Tours receives your written request.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies — including an applicable distance contract before service begins — that legal right takes priority.
Outside mandatory statutory withdrawal
A deposit or advance paid to secure availability, planning or coordination is non-refundable.
If you have paid the complete service price and cancel before the scheduled service begins, 50% of the complete payment will be refunded. The remaining 50% covers reservation, coordination, planning and operational commitments.
Once the service has begun, no refund is available. No refund is available for a no-show, voluntary early departure, failure to arrive on time or customer-caused loss of an activity.
VIP Tours-initiated cancellations and third parties
If VIP Tours cancels a directly provided service and no acceptable rescheduling or alternative is agreed, amounts corresponding to the undelivered direct service will be handled according to applicable law.
Third-party components remain subject to the independent provider's cancellation terms, disclosed when applicable. VIP Tours will reasonably assist with coordination but cannot guarantee that an independent provider will authorize a refund.
Non-waivable rights
These rules are always subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
