Our commitment
VIP Tours El Salvador treats all customer information as private and confidential.
We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose customer information for unrelated advertising or independent marketing. Information is used only to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate itineraries, process reservations, provide agreed services, communicate changes, protect security and comply with legal obligations.
Information we may collect
Name, email, telephone or WhatsApp, country, travel dates, number of travelers, pickup and return information, experience preferences, special requests, messages you submit, language preference and limited payment transaction metadata.
How we share information
Only the minimum necessary information may be shared with PayPal for payment processing, independent providers required to deliver a service you request, hosting, CRM, email or infrastructure providers working on our behalf, and public authorities when legally required. Providers may only receive information necessary for their specific function.
Payment security
Full card information is not collected or stored by VIP Tours. Payment card numbers, CVV/security codes and online-banking credentials are processed by PayPal. We may receive limited information such as payer name, contact information, amount, currency, transaction ID and payment status. We do not have access to or store your complete payment-card credentials.
Data retention and your rights
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legal obligations, transaction records or dispute resolution.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent when applicable. Requests may be sent to viptours.elsalvador@gmail.com or WhatsApp +503 7898 2108. If analytics or advertising cookies are added later, they will be disclosed and managed through an appropriate consent mechanism. Information about children must be provided only by a parent or legal guardian.
Non-waivable rights
This policy does not replace mandatory consumer rights. Applicable non-waivable laws prevail.
