Our services
VIP Tours El Salvador provides private travel planning, transportation coordination, guiding and related services according to the written quotation or confirmed reservation.
The confirmed service is determined by the agreed itinerary, date, duration, distance, pickup information, number of travelers, included services and price.
Pricing
Published prices may change before a reservation is confirmed. Once a reservation is confirmed, the agreed price will not be changed unilaterally unless you request a scope change and accept a new quotation. Custom experiences do not have an automatic price and require an agreed quotation.
Timing and adjustments
Times are estimates and may be affected by distance, traffic, weather, road closures, authorities, safety conditions or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We may make reasonable itinerary adjustments when necessary for safety, feasibility, timing or availability. When reasonably possible, we will inform you and offer a comparable alternative.
Third-party services
Properties, boats, ATVs, jet skis, chefs, restaurants, accommodation, equipment and other third-party services are coordinated according to availability. VIP Tours does not claim ownership of independent properties, equipment, vehicles or third-party services.
VIP Tours remains responsible for its own contractual obligations and will exercise reasonable care. Independent providers control their own schedules, staff, equipment and operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIP Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, acts, omissions or accidents attributable exclusively to independent providers. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be waived or direct negligence or intentional misconduct attributable to VIP Tours.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate information, follow safety instructions, arrive on time, respect local laws and disclose relevant accessibility or health considerations. Adventure activities may involve inherent risks. You remain responsible for personal belongings unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Payments and governing law
Payments are processed through the available authorized payment provider. Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Salvadoran law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
