## The two seasons
El Salvador has a dry season roughly from November through April and a green season from May through October. Temperatures on the coast stay warm year-round; the highlands around Santa Ana, Apaneca and Suchitoto are noticeably cooler, especially at dawn.
## Dry season (November – April)
